The model explains the key principles of internal control systems provided for by Lucchini Group to prevent crimes specified in the Italian Law Decree 231/2001.

A fundamental element of the model is Lucchini Group’s Code of Ethics, which contains the company’s ethical values and gives all parties  (employees and non) behavioural standards to comply with while conducting business.
